In the beginning there was Ruakuri Cave & the best short caving trip in the country. Cavers called it the Laundry Trip - go in dirty, come out clean! In 1987 it was renamed Black Water Rafting & transformed into New Zealand's first commercial cave tour. From there a cave, a passion and a name soon became a world wide legend.
